Project Roadmap

A roadmap is a strategic plan that defines a goal or desired outcome and includes the major steps or milestones needed to reach it. Create a roadmap for each of your goal. Every roadmap may contain the specific activities that will help you with timeing of you project. You can use the roadmap for planning sprints, or for developing new module/feature etc.

To create the roadmap, enter the name of it in this field.

Now you can plan and split your roadmap step by step using the Activities

Edit your activity by its status, label, collaborator or timeline (The ongoing roadmap will appear on Project dashboard).

For adding more detailed information click on activity name and start to work in activity edit page. In this form you can see several functions:

Collaborators - You can choose multiple users to collaborate with on this activity

Planned effort - shows you the expected time of how long the roadmap will take

Effort spent - shows us the time already spent on it

Effort deficit - shows us how much time we have left to complete the activity or how much time we are overrunning

In the lower part of activity edit form you can add notes, attach child entities like a design, issues or test.
