Is there a free version of juno.one?¶
Yes, there is a 15-day free trial available to everyone. If you are a student or a non-profit, you may be eligible to receive juno.one for free or at a discount – please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

How can I manage my billing?¶
Only the admin of juno.one or people with the right set of permissions can manage the billing settings. In the admin section of the juno.one settings, go to the Billing tab to view your billing history, invoices, payment details, plan type and more. Need help with managing your billing details? Can I change my plan?¶
You can make changes to your plan at any time by getting in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting the preferred plan change. The difference in the plan price will be subtracted from your next payments.

Juno.one is built on strict security requirements and protocols to secure your data, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR, and is undergoing regular security audits and assessments. Delete your cookies¶
Open your browser's settings.
Navigate to the privacy or security settings.
Find the option to clear browsing data.
Select the time range for which you want to clear cookies.
Select the cookies you want to delete.
Click the button to clear the cookies.
